* increased torque values for several CVT and manual engines
* improvements for trailer suspension (rigidity and damping) for stability
* proper calculations of front wheels for thilled trailers
* bale trailer suspension and physics forces adjusted - these should not dig into the ground any more
* more realistic player gravity and jump params
* player jump speed when running adjusted to run speed, doesn't slow down
