Various performance and stability improvements
Graphics
Fixed visual fire glow, alpha and smut overlay combination for burning vegetation
Enhanced ultra quality shadow mapping
Visually improved lighting and fog rendering model
Fixed various visual artefacts like self-shadowing on GPU skinned meshes, FXAA in combination with depth of field or rare white flashes and black lens flare artefacts
Fixed distorted ingame GUI which came up with some less common resolutions
Added asynchronous shader compilation so shader cache misses don't cause runtime lags
Added vertical synchronization and lag reduction graphics options
Fullscreen improvements
Added borderless window mode which is now used by default for fullscreen mode. Benefits are black screen avoidance, unproblematic resolution changes and fullscreen mode toggle as well as fast switching between applications.
In fullscreen mode, the mouse is now trapped inside the game window and can't be moved on to another monitor in case multiple displays are connected to the system
