Due to XUID crumbling as a reliable occlusion method, I hereby decree the following:

Cheat reports are closed. -- To all server administrators, Update your servers to 0.3 and have administrators online.

The Anti-Cheat Team is disbanded. All members report to me for reassignment.

These are indeed hard times for alterIW, I would ask our community to find patience in their heart and let us do what we do best.  To any cheaters reading this, go on. Cheat. Fuck it all up for no reason, other than to stroke your ego.

ETA on alterOps and alterIWnet-rewritten is still unknown, but were making progress.

大致意思：由于XUID这位“伟大”的黑客，搞了个牛B的东西（至于这东西干嘛的作弊的自己清楚），于是我发表一下声明。
请将您的版本更新。
防作弊工作组解散。所有原成员向我报到。
（重要的东西来了）这的确是alterIW最为艰难的时刻。我会让我的团队耐心的去做，并且让我们一起尽力做到最好。（潜台词：团队士气低落，并且有内部矛盾）。至所有独到这篇声明的作弊者，你们继续作弊吧。继续毫无理由的搞乱游戏秩序吧，不然的话抛弃你们的自负。
关于alterOps和alterIWnet的ETA重新编写还未提上日程，但是我们正在努力中。
感谢所有人。你们不会失望的。

读了这篇声明，心里不是滋味。作弊的人啊，你们好自为之，像alter这种组织本身盈利渠道就窄，能发展到现在已经很不容易了，万一真的D版MW2与我们告别的那一天来到。。。
