Fixed issue that causes weapons to shoot one time too many when pressing the shoot button repeatedly. This was also referred to as the "sticky keys" issue. 
Improved subtitles sync in cutscenes. 
Added option in menu to put cutscenes upside down for those that do not have the correct codex installed. 
Fixed issue where a cutscene would still play even though Vinnie already died. 
Added brief moment where you can't be hit when respawning in co-op play. 
Added moving platform sounds. 
Made in game hints font more readable.
